Chris is Chief Executive for the Ogilvy Group in Asia, with responsibilities for the strategic development and daily operations of the agency across 14 markets. He is a member of Ogilvy’s Worldwide Executive Leadership Board.

Under Chris’s leadership, Ogilvy has been consistently recognized for its effectiveness and creativity, earning the Most Effective Agency Network accolade at the Greater China and APAC Effie Awards for several consecutive years. In addition, Ogilvy was crowned Creative and Digital Network of the Year by Campaign Asia, who also named Chris Asia Pacific Agency Head of the Year. Ogilvy was the first agency in China to win a Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions and continues to be one of the most awarded agencies in Asia.

Over the last two decades, Chris has held several senior management positions in various offices within the Ogilvy Group, running local offices, regional units such as Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and working with major regional and worldwide clients. He is also the global WPP Client Lead for Huawei, managing WPP’s overall relationship globally.

Chris is actively involved in the Chinese internet scene and sits on several boards. He is currently an independent Board Member of Babytree (1761.HK) and an advisor to WGI (, an NGO focusing on international education.

A member of the Dentsu International Executive Team, Ashish is a well-known personality in the advertising and media industry with 32 years of experience under his belt. An astute businessman, he grew Dentsu International in India – now the 2nd largest advertising and media group in India by revenue – from a 50-member team to a 3000-member powerhouse. This overturned the existing ranking for the first time in over 80 years.

Prior to this, Ashish set up several of Lintas India’s (IPG) businesses and successfully led Lintas India for 20 years. He also had the global role of Executive Vice President, Lowe Worldwide and Asia Regional Director for Integrated Marketing.

Previously the Head of Jury for the APAC Effie Awards 2017, Ashish has also served on several global award juries, such as the Cannes Lions.

A record-breaking four-time winner of the coveted South Asia Agency Head of the Year Award at Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Agency of the Year Awards, Ashish was the Founding Chairman of the Sydenham Institute of Management’s Alumni Association. He currently serves or has served on most industry bodies in India and has recently been conferred a PhD (Honoris Causa) for outstanding contribution to the advertising and media industry.

In his current role as Japan Airlines’ Vice President of Global Marketing, Akira leads the department in driving the growth and innovation across the airline’s international markets. Rendering his contribution to the larger marketing community, Akira also serves as a member of the CMO Council Asia Pacific Advisory Board, as well as the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) Board of Directors. Akira is also a voracious researcher on business-related issues and has published a book on Japanese Corporate Groups.

Alex previously served as CEO of McCann London. Under his leadership, the agency featured in the list of Top 10 agencies in the world by the Gunn Report. Prior to this, Alex was Global CMO for McCann Worldgroup, based out of New York, where he oversaw all integrated new-business activity, living on aeroplanes and spending significant time in Asia Pacific. In fact, his passion for the region stretches back to his university days, where he enjoyed a study abroad period in Japan.

McCann Worldgroup has topped the Global Effie Index for the past three years. In 2018, it was awarded the Agency Network of the Year accolade at the APAC Effie Awards, contributing to its #1 ranking in the Asia Pacific region for the 2019 Effie Index.

Alex was born and raised in London. His father is American, his mother is French, his wife is Mexican and they all now live in Singapore... his three young children, Lucas, Dylan and Siena, remain culturally confused.

Angela Bassichetti has 20 years of expertise carved in advertising and entertainment marketing.

She arrived in the Facebook Singapore office one year ago to lead The Creative Shop APAC.

With a strong digital background, since the early age of the internet in Brazil, Angela helped to build digital departments in advertising agencies like DPZ (Publicis) and Ogilvy, where she conceived and deployed the creative work for global clients like J&J, Unilever, Samsung and Coca-Cola. During her prolific carrier, she had been awarded in the most recognised ad industry international festivals such as Cannes Lions, London Festival, Clio and AD&D.

Before Facebook, she was leading creative and production team at Content Partnership division of Warner Media in Latin America. Developing global and local projects, harnessing the power of creativity and giving voice to brands communicate with their consumers in a new and relevant way.

As manager, she had the chance to lead a diverse team of creatives, strategists and producers. Always working close to Ad Sales team, she designed omnichannel custom projects, scalable products and solutions for the countries in the region.

Angela’s high performance work profile can be understood by knowing that during her university days, she worked in the City Zoo and spent 6 hours a day painting forest murals in a cage with a 22 lbs Sucuri (Brazil’s biggest snake). This curious fact can tell much about her resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Anupriya joined Publicis Groupe in 2013 as Group CEO of ZenithOptimedia. She later went on to lead Publicis Media India from 2016. Prior to Publicis, she has held senior leadership positions with WPP in India and Aegis Media Singapore.

Anupriya has served as a jury member on several key media industry awards in the region. She is also the elected President AAAI (Advertising Agencies Association of India) for 2020-21 and an Independent Director on the Board of DB Corp, one of the largest newspaper groups in India.

Christina is a passionate believer of consumer oriented, data fuelled and insight driven brand building. She moved to AliExpress in 2020 to head Global Marketing, with a vision to build the team and capability that supports AliExpress to be a globally recognised and loved power brand.

After joining Alibaba in 2016, Christina and her team founded the Uni Marketing methodology, framework and toolkit which enabled brands to digitise end-to-end marketing in China, within the Alibaba ecosystem and beyond. Prior to this, Christina was the Marketing VP of Johnson & Johnson Consumer in China. Over the past 20 years, Christina has held marketing roles with increasing leadership responsibility in a number of Fortune 500 consumer goods companies such as Kraft Foods, Unilever and Johnson & Johnson.

In recognition of her distinguished work in Marketing and Data Transformation, Christina was invited as a Judge for Cannes Lions 2019 as part of the Creative Data panel. She was honoured by Campaign’s The A List in 2018 for the disruptive innovation of Uni Marketing. She was also an honouree of Ad Age’s Women to Watch 2015 and was named on The Internationalist’s Influential Marketing Leaders list in 2014.

Born and bred in Singapore, Daphne started her career at Procter & Gamble in 2005 and is now the Vice President of Japan/Korea Febreze business and Global Aircare innovation leader. Daphne has been credited for multiple brand building and award-winning brand campaigns across markets. Most notable achievements include - expansion of Downy brand and getting to leadership share across ASEAN and winning multiple awards behind her #MaafIbu Ramadan campaign during her stint in Indonesia. Most recently, she led a product innovation under the Febreze brand to market leadership in less than a month, clinching the highly prestigious Nikkei Trendy ‘Best Hit Product of the Year’ in 2020.

Daphne is also recognised as a key leader in driving end-to-end effectiveness and efficiency across Media and POSM in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMA) region in P&G; step changing how P&G AMA operationalises POSM and Media.

On the organisation front, Daphne has strong passion in driving Diversity as she launched 1st ever in-house childcare during Ramadan in Indonesia. Daphne also plays an instrumental role in nurturing the brand organization in P&G AMA by assuming the role of P&G Brand Function Culture leader of over 500 marketers across all brands and regions.

A marketing and communications guru, Porter possesses more than 40 years of industry experience in both agency and in-house capacities. Prior to joining Unilever in 2010, Porter spent 25 years in UK agencies before a 7-year stay in Asia Pacific with Mindshare where he managed the agency’s multimarket relationship with Unilever.

In his present role at Unilever, Porter oversees one of the largest media budgets in a diverse region spanning 14 time zones. He is responsible for driving the company’s innovation in communications channel planning to develop Unilever into a major force in digital marketing in the region.

David represents Unilever externally as the VP (APAC) for the World Federation of Advertisers and as Chair of the APAC Mobile Marketing Association.

Formerly Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Tiffany & Co. Asia Pacific, Erica was responsible for all aspects of Tiffany’s marketing and communications planning, strategy and implementation across all retail channels and all Asia Pacific countries. She previously held a similar position at Ralph Lauren.

Erica worked for adidas as director of both London 2012 and Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Before joining adidas, she was with Special Olympics China, J. Walter Thompson Shanghai, Nike and Bates Advertising.

She specialises in integrated consumer/brand campaigns which span strategy, creative and digital media. She has spearheaded international campaigns for multiple brands across the P&G, Diageo and SABMiller portfolios. Her work with Diageo led to a marketing excellence award. She supported the strategic repositioning of Audi from a car maker to a design and lifestyle brand in the UK. She was also responsible for developing major purpose focused programmes, such as national educational design competitions, for the Audi Design Foundation.

Since moving to Australia, Fern has worked with a diverse range of brands and her work with HP Australia resulted in two Effie Awards in 2018. She has also led purpose-based campaigns such as the Vaseline Healing Project.

Fern is the Managing Director of Edelman Australia, which has been awarded Cannes Lions, APAC Gold Sabres and named #1 in the Holmes Report’s Global Creative Agency Index during her tenure. She also serves as Global Strategy Lead for PayPal and APAC Integrated Brand Lead for HP. The agency’s award-winning creative work includes HP Spectorium, Samsung BrainBAND, LifeLive and Slideliner, the LAB experiment from Best&Less, the humourous Missile Moments from U by Kotex and the much-applauded NIVEA sun campaign.

Prior to joining TikTok, Karl was the Global Client Leader for Mindshare’s Facebook Team based in San Francisco. Here he managed Facebook’s global off-platform marketing investment in 30+ countries and across all of their business divisions including Facebook Blue App, Instagram, Whatsapp, Messenger and Oculus.

Before moving to the Bay Area, Karl spent over 14 years in Asia at Mindshare and GroupM. He served as Mindshare’s regional Chief Client Officer in Singapore, and before that, as the CEO for Japan, Korea and Taiwan. He started his career at Mindshare in China, where he spent ten years between Shanghai and Beijing in various leadership roles.

Lisa joined Dairy Farm in November of 2018 where she has taken on the responsibility of creating a unified Marketing Group support function, driving scale efficiencies, group synergies and building the talent of the Marketing teams. In her time with Dairy Farm, Lisa has led the reorganisation of the creative, production and media agency portfolio and most recently was part of the team who launched the yuu Rewards platform.

Lisa has held various marketing and leadership roles including CEO of Pizza Hut Australia where she led a business and brand recovery and the purchase of the business from previous owners Yum.

Prior to this role, Lisa spent 18 years of her career as a marketing leader with McDonald's Restaurants. In her time with McDonald’s, Lisa led Marketing, Menu and Strategy teams based in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and finally based in Singapore for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region which covered 38 countries, with 10,000 McDonald's restaurants and $18B in sales.

Lisa is also a passionate cook and traveller, who often combines the two by indulging in local cooking courses when she travels.

Tony was promoted to CEO of Omnicom Media Group Asia Pacific in 2018, a move that is testament to his contributions to the network as well as his achievements in accelerating a business agenda that is focused around the convergence of data, technology and creativity. Prior to that, Tony drove the evolution and productisation of Omnicom Media Group’s capabilities as its Chief Investment Officer for APAC.

Having spent the last 30 years in the industry, Vishnu has worked across account management, strategic planning and agency management roles at creative and media agencies in India, China, Singapore and United Kingdom. He started his advertising career with Y&R in India, moving to Euro RSCG (now Havas Worldwide) Singapore in 1995. Under his stewardship, Euro RSCG grew to be one of the most successfully integrated 360 agencies winning the Agency of the Year at the very first Effies in Singapore.

Vishnu is currently the Chairman of the Vivendi Committee in India & Southeast Asia, a new role he has taken on since relinquishing his responsibilities as the Chairman & CEO for South East Asia & India at Havas Group in January 2021. He had set up the media network from scratch in Asia in 2005 and is credited with building a large robust offering for Havas Media in Asia. At Vivendi, he will focus on content development initiatives which he had commenced in parallel while at Havas for the last 18 odd months.

Besides serving on the jury of top global and regional events, Vishnu is also on the board of the Asia Chapter of Mobile Marketing Forum and regularly speaks at major industry events.
