With 20 years of local and international experience, Connie has a unique career profile in Singapore. She was a founding member of MEC Global Solutions, Asia’s first and most successful specialist company providing international planning and multi-market management services for global and regional clients. Global Solutions clients include Tigerair, Singapore Airlines, Singapore Tourism Board, Singapore Economic Development Board , Citibank, Chevron, Mercedes-Benz, and Sony Electronics.
Today, her responsibilities include working closely with the region’s local market Managing Directors to develop the agency’s international clients, driving a culture of client centricity, as well as regional business development. These three areas are key to the continued growth of MEC in Asia Pacific. She is also responsible for driving strategic leadership to encourage growth and change with some of our most important clients.
Connie is the President of the 4A’s and the first woman president in the association’s 65 year history. She was also the Chairperson for the 2014 APAC Effies.
Connie was also part of the WPP faulty teaching a module on Media Planning and Optimisation at the 2014 executive programme on Communications for Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
David Kiu is Vice-President, Global Sustainable Business and Communications. In this role, he leads corporate communications, internal communications, external affairs and sustainability for Unilever across Asia as well as for global customer development. David is also the global lead for embedding sustainable business in Unilever’s geographic markets. David has also previously been a member of the Unilever Global Markets Executive led by the COO, as well as led Global Communications Capabilities where he was responsible for developing talent, professional skills and leadership in the function globally.
David’s career history includes leadership roles in communications and public affairs in FMCG and in political risk advisory and consulting. He has led numerous projects with Fortune 100 companies in energy, telecoms and financial services. He began his career in public service. David read Politics, Philosophy and Economics at St. John’s College in Oxford University and has a Masters degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
Harpreet leads ZenithOptimedia’s Data and Analytics practice – DataSciences, across APAC region. He leads Singapore based COE and a distributed team of data scientists and engineers across five markets. Harpreet has led development and delivery of several proprietary analytics solutions, making DataSciences the central pillar of ZO’s ROI proposition.
Previously Harpreet has led regional and global business teams out of Singapore and San Francisco. His 20 years+ experience spans roles across account management, regional strategy lead and P&L management.
Harpreet led P&G to its first Cannes award in APAC and was part of best business development team across APAC at latest edition of Agency of the Year Awards.
Harpreet is an engineering graduate and completed his second Masters in Business Analytics from Stern School of Business (New York University) in 2015.

Early on in his career, Peter was inducted in the Leo Burnett Worldwide Star Reacher program and over the past 6 years he has helped produce globally renowned and highly awarded work for some of the most recognizable brands on the planet.
Phil Lynch leads the AP Consumer Businesses Innovation and Commercial growth agenda, focused on building J&J’s Innovation programs and capabilities, brand portfolio optimization and business competitiveness, a role he assumed in 2016.
His career with Johnson & Johnson spans more than 29 years and encompasses Consumer Marketing, Sales and General Management roles in the Middle East, Korea, Thailand and Singapore in A Pac roles. His most recent role was as Managing Director for the Aust / NZ consumer Business.
Phil has been a Board member of the Australian Food & Grocery Council and Australian Self Medication Industry as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CEO Forum.
Phil lives in Sydney with his wife Lorna and three daughters and is an enthusiastic participant and advocate of fitness and vitality. He combines his passion for cycling with raising awareness and funds to cure cancer through Tour De Cure Australia.
Pully Chau is Group Chief Operating Officer for Cheil Greater China. As one of the most influential advertising executives in Greater China, she has been in the advertising scene for 30 years. She has numerous awards to her name, including the Top 10 China Chief Executive; the Most Influential People in China Brand Building; China Adman of the Year; and Outstanding Contribution in Three Decades of China Advertising conferred by the China Advertising Association, to name a few. In 2014, she was honoured by the Internationalist USA as one of the “21 Global Innovators”.
Pully is also a seasoned Effie judge, having been involved in the judging of Effie China, Effie Hong Kong, Effie India, Effie North America and APAC Effie. She served as Head of Jury for APAC Effie in 2014, and in China Effie from 2013 to 2014. She also served as jury for the Creative Effectiveness Lions in 2013 and was invited as speaker at Cannes Lions for two consecutive years.
Pully Chau has proven her success in agency evolutions by changing norms and introduced new capabilities in different times. She stands by her vision and is both a dreamer and a doer. She was most recently Chairman and CEO of FCB Greater China, leading the agency to become a performance-driven organization and prior to FCB, she was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi China for 10 years where she tripled the agency's revenue and aggressively expanded its shopper marketing, digital and CRM capabilities.
Rita has long experience in media research in Hong Kong and China before joining the regional team of GfK in Singapore. In this role she deals with many of the largest global, regional and local media players. She is responsible for the development and growth of the company’s media services in the region. Before joining GfK, Rita ran the media department of The Nielsen Company in China and set up the TV and Radio Audience Measurement, Advertising Expenditure Monitoring services which support clients’ marketing and advertising decisions.
Sameer is the Head of Consumer Healthcare for Mundipharma-Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. With over 20 years of experience and proven leadership in pharmaceutical, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Consumer Healthcare, Sameer has a proven track record for growing brands into dominant market positions across different categories.
Prior to joining Mundipharma, Sameer spent 12 years in various regional and global roles in GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) (both Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare), including that of Commercial Head of Dermatology for Asia, Global Innovation Director (also responsible for developing entry strategies for Emerging markets), and Marketing Head of Middle East. He has also worked with P&G (India) from 1995-98, Kellogg’s (India) from 1998-99 and Friesland Campina (Middle East) from 1999-2001.
He is passionate about Innovation in Emerging Markets, digital marketing and in driving Access at the bottom of the pyramid and has been invited as a speaker to various international conferences.
Sameer was also a judge for WARC Awards for Asian Strategy 2015 and Clio Health Awards 2016.
Stephen Mangham is one of the partners in manghamgaxiola mcgarrybowen, Singapore’s biggest ever advertising agency start up.
Now four years old, in 2014 manghamgaxiola was voted the most desirable independent creative agency in a poll of over 1000 Singapore based marketers. It sold a minority stake to Dentsu owned mcgarrybowen in July 2015.
Prior to setting up his own shop he was the Chairman of the Ogilvy Singapore Group.
Under his leadership, Ogilvy grew from 240 to 600 people, and was the most creatively awarded agency in the global network. Stephen graduated with a degree in law from Oxford University. He is married with four boys and devours English Literature in his spare time.
Over the past 15+ years, Ynse has worked with senior executives on strategy issues at the intersection of business, technology and sustainability. Based in Singapore and travelling Asia, he leads Accenture’s Strategy & Sustainability practice for Asia Pacific. His teams of strategy consultants focus on sustainability and technology as a lens for identifying and creating sustainable business value.
Ynse twice co-authored the world’s largest study on CEO attitudes to sustainability for the United Nations. As a thought leader in sustainability, resource efficiency and energy, he serves as a knowledge partner to various public and private sector authorities and institutions, as well as on various boards and advisory panels.
In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Ynse was an internet entrepreneur. He is still involved in entrepreneurship and early stage investments in Asia.
Ynse holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands.
